Sr Manager -Financial Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key clients and financial institutions.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and financial products to identify opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
  
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA in Finance/Marketing is preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the financial sector.
  
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
