Job Description

Job Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in the development of the Annual Operating Plan and managing the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, implementing financial policies and procedures, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement.
Coordinate the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including liaising with auditors and addressing audit findings in a timely manner.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.

Requirements:

10+ years of proven experience in financial management, accounting, and leadership roles.
Qualified CA.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
Experience in implementing ERP systems and financial automation.
