We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven media sales professional to drive advertising revenue and expand our brand partnerships across multi-channel offerings.

Vertical: Women’s, Children, and General Interest products, across 8 Indian languages (Grihshobha, Champak, Sarita, Saras Salil, Manohar Kahaniyan, Farm n Food)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing ad sales strategies across print, digital, and event IPs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media planners.
• Identify new business opportunities and craft innovative brand solutions.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized advertising campaigns.
• Lead and grow digital ad sales while exploring new monetization opportunities.
• Ensure revenue targets are met consistently with strategic client servicing and account management.

Key Requirements

• 7 – 15 years of proven experience in media ad sales.
• Strong network and established relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful brand solutions.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
