Job Description

As a C&I Channel Sales, your role will involve the development and deployment of C&I business. You will be responsible for managing various pipes including Electrical Distributors, Contractors & Panel Builders, Industrial System Integrators, IADs, and OEMs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the National Sales Team and work with segment owners to excel as a V2 in top accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage resources within the National Sales & Central Team Organization to convert opportunities. - Develop a business plan to collaborate closely with various pipes and gain market share in Non-IT Segments within the assigned territory. - Act as a V2 in top accounts within the Non-IT Segments. - Gather market size, market opportunity details, competitive data, and market-level price targets for proposed solutions in collaboration with Business Development Teams. - Identify and establish strong partnerships in Electrical & Industrial Channels to drive business growth in the assigned territory. - Work with the Marketing Team to create and implement a comprehensive Strategic Market plan in C&I Segments. Competencies Required: - Highly entrepreneurial, self-starter, and possess strong leadership skills. - Well-versed with Secure Power offers. - Familiarity with the Electrical & Industrial channel would be an added advantage. - Understanding of the C&I Business, customer pain points, solution value propositioning, and solution positioning. - Experience with out-of-the-box and strategic thinking. - Demonstrated commercial and business acumen, especially direct experience in C&I Segments (CPG, healthcare, Mobility, O&G, MMM). - Strong focus on developing new business. - Ability to work in a Matrixed Environment with multiple stakeholders including National sales, Segment, Central Team, and Industrial BU would be preferred. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (BE Electrical) required, MBA would be an added advantage. - Experience: 8+ years in a Sales/Business Development Role. Please Note: Req: 009H92.,
