Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop customized financial solutions based on client requirements and long-term financial goals
  • Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with prospective clients and keep them engaged via relevant news, articles, and updates.
  • Expand client base by acquiring new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Drive AUM growth by maintaining and deepening relationships with existing investors.
  • Periodically review and rebalance portfolios in line with market trends and client objectives.
  • Upsell and cross-sell wealth products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, FDs, and Insurance.
  • Share market insights, research papers, and product updates with clients to support informed investment decisions.
  • Coordinate marketing and engagement activities with internal product and regional marketing teams.
  • Ensure all operations follow regulatory compliance, documentation, and internal control guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    7-12 years in

    Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Advisory

  • Certifications:

    AMFI / NISM certifications preferred (not mandatory but an added advantage)
  • Product Knowledge:

    Hands-on experience with

    Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Deposits

    , and other wealth instruments
  • Track Record:

    Proven ability to

    generate and manage a minimum AUM of 30 Cr

  • Client Handling:

    Strong relationship management skills with exposure to HNI/UHNI client servicing
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify financial concepts
  • Mindset:

    Target-oriented, analytical, and emotionally stable under pressure
  • Compliance:

    Familiar with documentation, regulatory norms, and internal process adherence
