Sr. Manager- Capital Market

You will be working closely with the sales teams in the new business acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing Solution Strategy, Win Theme, Transformation approach, and providing solutions for the RFP/RFI response. You will manage an end-to-end RFP response process within given timelines, coordinate inputs from multiple teams, and ensure timely submission of proposals. It is essential to have a good understanding of pricing models and strong project management skills when working on large deals in the financial service industry. Additionally, you should keep abreast of the latest trends in the IT/ITES industry and the dynamics of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market to develop proposal strategies and improve the competitiveness of the proposals. - Bachelors or masters degree - Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry - Experience in managing RFPs/RFIs, bid management, and pricing strategies, specifically within Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management domains - Skilled in crafting tailored solutions for proposals aligned with client requirements - Experience in developing sales collateral, capability decks, and case studies to support business development and client engagement You will be working closely with the sales teams in the new business acquisition process.
