Sr. Manager- Capital Market

As a candidate for the position at one of the Leading BPO Organizations, your role will involve working closely with the sales teams in the new business acquisition process. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing Solution Strategy, Win Theme, Transformation approach, and providing solutions for the RFP/RFI responses. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end RFP response process within given timelines, including coordinating inputs from multiple teams and ensuring timely submission of proposals. It is essential to have a good understanding of pricing models and strong project management skills for working on large deals in the financial service industry. Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the IT/ITES industry and the dynamics of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market will be crucial to develop proposal strategies and improve the competitiveness of the proposals.
