Job Description

Job Profile :-

Looking after the security of man, material, machine, movable-non movable property. Ensuring that every employee of the company follows the rules and regulations within the security parameters. Getting reports,surprise checks.Strict adherence to the guidelines of the security setup.

Experience in Maintains a safe and secure environment for Mines by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures.

Effectively supervise command and control the working of Security Officer, Advisor, Security Supervisors & Security Guards at various posts/locations.

Investigate theft reports or any other matters assigned by the Management and report findings.

Responsible for protection of the company's property, personnel and material. Supervise smooth functioning of company hired transport, entry and exit of vehicles and its effective Control & monitoring.

General Administration :-

Managing various operations including budgeting, time, resources, & supporting teams for achievement of preset goals and missions.

Emergency/Crisis Management :-

Defining priorities and responsibilities in the event of fire, flood, etc.; develop disaster packs to manage the specific needs.

Fleet Management :-

Facilities and Cafeteria Management :-

Organizing conferences, events and social functions across occasions.

Vendor Management :- Selection of vendors with quality parameters for all aspects of administration like transport, canteen and other admin related areas

Computer Skilled :-

Experience :- Ex- Servicemen ( Major , Capt., Lt, SM ) / CAPF (Asst. Comdt / with 10 + years of experience, which includes 5+ years of Security & Administration Experience in Industrial Security
