Job Description

in Operation HRS & Push-Pull Pickling line (In charge)

Nature of Experience in HRS & Push pull pickling lines 1250 to 1650 mm wide

Shift Production Planning, Shift Manpower job allocation and handling, shop floor inventory

control and flow management, Documentation and reporting of shift performance, trouble shooting, effective co-ordination with service departments, Housekeeping to set standards.

Working on SAP
Material Planning on the basis of monthly and daily schedule
To ensure the manufacturing process according to engineering specification & standards.
Calculation of manpower and machine requirement for monthly production indent.
Responsible for the quality of a process material.
Responsible for all the documentation of the department.
Coordination with the maintenance people to chase the difficulties for the smooth running of the lines to increase the productivity..
Experience Production Planning & Control.
To maintain all the parameter of Acid & water.
Inspection of surface & dimension of running strip.

Skills :- Operation of HRS and PP pickling line, Proficiency in MS Office, Manpower Handling

PERSONAL SKILLS

Aggressive target oriented personality.
Adaptability to new circumstances.
A self starter and have a can-do attitude

IT Key Skills :-

SAP+ERP System in PP modul

MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Outlook & Internet Explorer. .

AutoCad-2000,C-Graphics

Education/Qualification :- BE Mech. Engg.

Experience: 12 years To 18 Years
