About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive offline brand marketing campaigns, events, activations, and BTL promotions.
  • Manage vendor relations, media agencies, and creative production partners.
  • Oversee content creation (print, outdoor, collaterals) and ensure brand consistency.
  • Integrate offline campaigns with digital/online initiatives for higher ROI.
  • Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team for flawless execution.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Offline Marketing, ATL/BTL, and content/production.
  • Strong exposure to brand campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to blend offline and digital marketing strategies effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
