Role & responsibilities Plan, implement, and maintain landscaping and gardening activities at project sites or facilities. Supervise planting, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control activities. Ensure proper upkeep of lawns, plants, trees, and green spaces. Coordinate with vendors for supply of plants, fertilizers, and gardening tools. Prepare and maintain records related to plant care schedules, garden maintenance, and inventory. Monitor and maintain health and aesthetics of plants, identifying and resolving any issues. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards. Provide inputs for landscape design improvements and seasonal plantation planning. Preferred candidate profile Degree in Horticulture or Agriculture. 4+ years of relevant experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance (real estate, hotels, or facility management preferred). Knowledge of plant species, soil types, fertilizers, and pest control methods. Good coordination and vendor management skills.
