As a Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the Executive Education and Consultancy / MDP department, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with corporate organizations to promote Executive Education and Management Development Programs (MDPs), expanding business opportunities and enhancing collaborations. - Utilize exceptional networking skills to connect with a wide range of domestic and international clients, fostering enduring professional relationships and expanding the business network. - Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business prospects, devising innovative strategies to drive growth in the domain of Executive Education and Consultancy. - Oversee the planning and execution of in-house and open enrollment programs, ensuring seamless coordination with applicants, faculty, administrative teams, and external stakeholders. - Create, update, and maintain comprehensive databases of companies and key contacts to support promotional efforts and optimize operational efficiency in Executive Education activities. - Report directly to the Vice President, preparing proposals, tenders, and reports, and responding to client communications promptly and professionally. - Manage vendor partnerships to ensure optimal service delivery, compliance with agreements, and contributions to program success. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Demonstrated success in business development, preferably within the education or consultancy sectors. - Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base. - Strategic thinking and an innovative mindset to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Proficiency in database management and data analysis to inform and support strategic decisions.
