Sr. Maintenance Engineer

Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and breakdowns. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Repair or replace faulty mechanical components such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and hydraulic systems. Collaborate with production teams to ensure maintenance work aligns with operational needs. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Recommend improvements to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs. Supervise or coordinate with external contractors as needed. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures. Experience with Lean Maintenance or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus. Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
