Job Description

Job Description:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues in machines (e.g., toggle/clamp system, barrel/heater bands, robotics).
Ensure minimum downtime and maximize machine availability.
Maintain documentation of machine history, spares inventory, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for maintenance planning.
Ensure adherence to safety and TPM/5S practices in maintenance activities.
Identify and implement continuous improvement in equipment performance and energy efficiency.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Haitian, Toshiba, etc.).
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and basic electrical systems.
Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5–7 years in plastic injection molding maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
