Job Summary:

We are seeking creative and innovative Senior Lighting Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will align with our core design philosophy that emphasizes minimal ceiling punctures and respects architectural integrity. A background in interior design is preferred, along with experience working with European brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept creation: Develop and present creative lighting concepts that enhance architectural aesthetics.

- Schematic design: Prepare detailed lighting schemes, ensuring alignment with design principles.

- Team setup: Build and lead a team dedicated to schematic design and site coordination.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure cohesive integration of lighting solutions.

- Project management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination efforts to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Senior Lighting Designer, preferably with European brands.

- Expertise in concept creation and schematic design.

- Background in interior design is highly advantageous.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D modeling, Dialux, and shop drawings.

- Strong creativity with an understanding of architectural lighting principles.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Willingness to represent Radical and collaborate with various stakeholders globally.
