As a Senior Lighting Designer at Radical, representing 22 global brands, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive lighting solutions from concept to execution. Your role will involve working with Fortune 500 companies, celebrity clients, and engaging architectural projects to deliver innovative and sustainable lighting designs that enhance each space. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and present creative lighting concepts that enhance architectural aesthetics. - Prepare detailed lighting schemes that align with design principles. - Build and lead a team dedicated to schematic design and site coordination. - Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients for cohesive integration of lighting solutions. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination efforts to meet client expectations. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Senior Lighting Designer, preferably with European brands. - Expertise in concept creation and schematic design. - Background in interior design is highly advantageous. - Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D modeling, Dialux, and shop drawings. - Strong creativity with an understanding of architectural lighting principles. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Willingness to represent Radical and collaborate with various stakeholders globally.
