Sr. Lead Talent Acquisition (Bio Energy)

As an experienced Recruitment professional, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring for the Bio-Energy business across all functions and levels. Your role involves partnering with leadership to deliver top talent and build future pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute recruitment plans in alignment with business expansion goals. - Lead full-cycle hiring for technical, plant, and leadership roles. - Source talent through various channels such as portals, networking, and headhunting. - Advise stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market insights. - Manage and mentor the recruitment team/partners. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and candidate experience. - Strengthen employer branding within the renewable energy sector. Skills & Competencies: - Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and closing niche/leadership roles. - Proficient in stakeholder management and business partnering. - Strong understanding of the entire talent acquisition and talent management processes. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA/PG in HR or equivalent qualification. - 8 to 15 years of recruitment experience with 3 to 4 years in a lead role. - Exposure to energy, renewables, or process industries would be advantageous. KPIs to focus on: - Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics. - Candidate and stakeholder satisfaction levels. - Recruitment cost optimization. - Building strong pipelines for critical skills.,
