8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, primarily Core HR.
At least one full lifecycle implementation in Core HCM; experience across Recruiting/Talent/Benefits is an advantage. Working knowledge of Oracle HCM AI features such as AI Assistants, AI Agent usage, skills recommendations, and generative AI-enabled configuration support. Strong understanding of HCM business processes and standard Oracle functionality. Ability to evaluate AI-generated insights and ensure they align with business rules and HR policies.
