Role Overview

You’ll focus ~70% on DevOps and ~30% on Java development, working on building stable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and mentoring junior engineers. The role demands deep expertise in DevOps tools, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, plus hands-on Java coding using Spring Boot, Kafka, and microservices.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years professional DevOps experience
• 3+ years with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines
• 3+ years with containers & orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
• Cloud provider expertise: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Pulumi
• Strong Linux CLI skills
• Programming/Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, TypeScript, or Python
• Java Development experience (Java 8 or 17+) with Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices
• Experience mentoring juniors and leading small teams
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or related field
• No job hopping; stable work history only
