1. The Candidate must have good communication and writing Skills.
2. The candidates must be versed with portals like Dice, Monster, CB , Indeed , Linked in & other social media Sites .
3. Candidate must review, speak to the Candidate & conduct through Screening before Submitting the Candidate.
4. Must have good knowledge of ATS Ceipal or Job Diva.
5 The Candidate must have a good knowledge of the US Tax terms -W2, 1099, C2C Etc.
6. The Candidate must have majorly working for IT Requirements and must have worked for majorly Direct clients , Prime vendor and State clients.
7 Must be comfortable to come onsite from the First day.
