Looking for a skilled Integration Developer with strong experience in Oracle HCM tools and Oracle Integration Cloud (OCI/OIC).

Experience: 7+ years

🔹 Must-Have Skills:

HCM Extracts
: We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in building and managing HCM Extracts—especially those who can handle complex data models, delivery mechanisms, and ensure data accuracy aligned with business needs.
PL/SQL
: Candidates should have solid experience in writing and optimizing PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages, particularly in the context of HR data integrations and reporting.
OTBI
:We need individuals who can build and customize OTBI reports, with a good understanding of subject areas, joins, and security layers to support business reporting requirements.
HCM Functional Understanding:
In addition to technical expertise, it’s important that candidates have a good grasp of HCM functional processes. This will help them better interpret business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
