About the Role

Tadpole Designs is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our creative studio in Koregaon Park. We’re looking for someone who can lead diverse design projects from concept to completion — someone with strong spatial thinking, material sensitivity, and a refined design aesthetic. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team and bring bold, functional, and elegant spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development across multiple projects — from concept and mood boards to detailed working drawings and site execution.
• Prepare and review space plans, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Oversee design teams and junior designers as needed.
• Stay current with materials, finishes, and design trends.

Required Skills & Tool

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max with V-Ray
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and detailing.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant experience in interior design.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of residential, commercial, and/or hospitality interiors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
