As we establish our manufacturing centre in Hyderabad to drive our next phase of growth, we are seeking an Operations Head who pushes our drive for innovation, quality, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in our vision to build a world leader in heating & cooling solutions that will directly contribute to reducing 100MT of CO2 while being a multi billion-dollar company over the next decade.


Core Responsibilities:

Installation:

  • Installing heat pump systems, including indoor and outdoor units, ductwork, and associated equipment. 
  • Ensuring proper wiring, plumbing, and refrigerant connections. 
  • Commissioning new installations to verify optimal performance. 

 

Diagnosis and Repair:

Identify and fix faults within heat pump systems, including electrical issues, refrigerant leaks, and mechanical problems.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, checking fan blades, and inspecting refrigerant lines.

System Testing:

Conduct performance tests to ensure the heat pump is operating efficiently and within specified parameters.

 

Customer Interaction:

Explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable way, address their concerns, and provide recommendations for energy saving.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when working with electrical equipment and refrigerant. 

Additional Responsibilities:

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. 

Training:

Keep up to date on the latest heat pump technologies and service procedures through ongoing training and certification programs.

 

Qualification:


Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of heat pump systems, including their operation, components, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Preferred companies like Bluestar, Daikin, Thermax, Hitachi and Trane.
