Sr. Inside Sales Associate

As a Sr. Associate in the Sales department at Kylas, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations and presentations, managing and tracking sales leads using CRM systems, building strong relationships with clients, staying informed about industry trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive sales approach. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and social media. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Kylas.io solutions. - Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and accounts using CRM system. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager. - Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams for effective customer engagement. Qualification & Skill Set: - Bachelor's degree in technology, business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with CRM systems (experience with Kylas Sales CRM is a plus). - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,
