Sr. Inside Sales Associate

As a Senior Associate in the Sales department at Kylas, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how Kylas.io solutions can add value to prospective clients. - Managing and tracking sales leads, opportunities, and accounts using our CRM system. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. - Staying informed about industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services. - Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager. - Working closely with other team members, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement. Qualifications and Skill Set required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in technology, business, marketing, or engineering (preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with CRM systems (experience with Kylas Sales CRM is a plus). - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,
