Sr. HVAC Technician

As an HVAC Technician, your role will involve installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. You will be responsible for identifying maintenance risks on equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems, and performing cleaning, adjusting, and repairing tasks. Your duties will also include performing warranty services, handling emergency repairs promptly and efficiently, providing technical direction, and offering on-the-job training. Key Responsibilities: - Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment - Identifying maintenance risks on equipment - Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems - Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services - Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently - Providing technical direction and on-the-job training - Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions - Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act - Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers" requirements - Assisting with customers" queries Qualifications Required: - Relevant HVAC certification or equivalent experience - Strong technical skills in HVAC systems maintenance and repair - Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis.
