You will be responsible for conducting complete HVAC system testing and commissioning for both air and watersides. This includes witnessing and testing HVAC Factory Acceptance Testings (FAT) such as casing leakage test, mechanical strength test, air volume against ESP, vibration, and casing breakout noise analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in testing and witnessing clean room parameters, pressurization, ACH, PPM (PM10 / PM2.5) level measurements, indoor air quality testing (LUX level, CO, CO2, VOCs & TVOCs etc.). You will also play a key role in developing commissioning plans and checklists to ensure systematic testing and evaluation. Your responsibilities will also include conducting functional testing of HVAC equipment and systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and ventilation systems. You will perform tests to verify the operation of HVAC systems under various conditions and loads. Adjusting and balancing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency will be a crucial part of your role. You will measure vibration and sound levels and balance chilled water systems using hydro data meters or ultrasonic devices. Balancing air systems using ratio/proportional balancing methods will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be calibrating VAVs through BMS interfaces, performing duct pressure/leakage tests, stairwell pressure testing, and balancing. Preparing technical documents and method statements according to NEEB and AABC standards will be essential. You will conduct testing and balancing of HVAC equipment per NEEB, AABC, CIBSE, and ASHRAE standards. Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols to ensure project standards are met is a critical aspect of the role. As part of your duties, you will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related challenges, act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitate meetings and discussions with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and ensure alignment between project objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will also be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing operation and maintenance instructions for HVAC equipment. Additionally, commissioning HVAC equipment and conducting tests such as megger, insulation resistance, and phase sequence for motors will be part of your responsibilities.,
