Sr HR Technology Analyst

The Senior HR Technology Analyst at GHX plays a crucial role in spearheading the development, implementation, and management of the people technology stack within the organization. Your primary focus will be on being a subject matter expert for all HR systems, utilizing your expertise to drive processes and enhancements that contribute to an exceptional employee experience. Through meticulous research and self-discovery, you will offer support, advice, and guidance on projects, implementations, and system maintenance that impact all global people technology systems. In this position, your responsibilities will include: Dayforce Technical Management (50%): - Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Dayforce, encompassing workflows, GHX-specific configuration, fast formulas, and extensions. - Overseeing data connections (API) between Dayforce and other systems like Greenhouse and benefit carriers. - Providing Dayforce technical expertise and guidance in collaboration with the SR HR Technology Partner NAM. - Partnering with the SR HR Technology Partner in NAM to execute global projects. - Taking the lead in project management for new HR technology projects/enhancement requests, from initiation to post-implementation support. - Supporting employees by managing the HR ticketing system (JIRA) and leveraging knowledge to enhance system reliability. - Sharing knowledge consistently, providing mentorship and training to functional system administrators and end users. Configuration and Maintenance (40%): - Implementing system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality, and conducting thorough tests, documentation, and post-implementation support. - Continuously researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing HRIS system while proposing new ideas to enhance self-service and automation. - Documenting processes, developing audits, and ensuring adherence to defined audit and internal controls. - Prioritizing data integrity and establishing processes to ensure accurate data transfer and seamless integration with downstream applications. Other Duties as Assigned (10%) Required Skills and Experience: - Possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Have 7+ years of experience managing global HR systems, including leading implementations and project management. - Bring at least 5 years of experience with Ceridian's Dayforce. - Exhibit strong organizational skills, initiative, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. - Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple global projects, delivering results within scope and on time, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. Key Differentiators: - Possession of a PMP certification. - Experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and AI in HR technology systems.
