As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding of the employees. Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments. Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, Referral etc. Maintain records of materials used during recruitment, like interview notes and other paperwork for the top management. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
