Job Title: HR Recruiter Experience Required: 3–6 Years Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and collaborating closely with department heads. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels. Source suitable candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define selection criteria. Schedule and follow up on interviews with hiring teams. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports. Create job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
