Sr. HR Recruiter

As a recruiter at our company, your responsibilities will include: - End-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions at mid, senior, and junior levels. - Sourcing, screening, and arranging interviews for candidates. - Managing all recruitment portals for the company. - Identifying future hiring needs. - Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. - Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. - Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. - Assessing applicants" knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. - Completing paperwork for new hires. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in manufacturing NON IT hiring would be an added advantage. Additional details of the company: - Performance bonus. - Yearly bonus.
