Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other innovative channels.
  • Craft engaging recruiting emails and job posts to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, evaluate applications, and conduct initial interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Prepare and administer candidate assessments and skill tests as needed.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and key HR metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire).
  • Handle job postings across company portals, internal referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Communicate job offers, answer queries regarding compensation, and assist with onboarding formalities.
