Key Responsibility:-
(1) Be able to attend independently all the activity of Provident Fund like…
· New UAN generation for all new employees.
· Ensuring monthly deduction of PF contribution at the time of process the salary.
· File online monthy return & generate the ECR & PF challan.
· PF claims like, PF Activation, PF withdraw, transfer, correction, Kyc, Death pension etc.
· Co-ordinate with PF inspector at the time of inspection.
(2) Should be knowledge about PT registration and submission to concerned authority.
(3) Should be knowledge about ESIC benefits, generation of new ESI no and remittance of monthly dues.
(4) Should be knowledge about Leave, Bonus, LWF & Gratuity.
(5) Must be aware of statutory compliance/audit as per labor laws.
(6) Assist in pay roll processing.
