As a Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager at Advantal Technologies in Indore, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations within the IT/software industry. With 3-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding. - HR Policies: Assist in creating, implementing, and communicating HR policies aligned with company values and compliance standards. - Performance Management: Oversee appraisal processes, monitor KPIs, and facilitate performance discussions with department heads. - Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and induction. - Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, recognition, and foster a positive workplace culture. - Compliance & Documentation: Maintain statutory compliance, keep HR documentation updated, and issue HR letters such as offer and confirmation letters. - Grievance Handling: Act as the initial point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolutions. - Operational Support: Provide day-to-day HR operational assistance and collaborate with internal teams to drive HR initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3-4 years of experience in a full-time HR Executive/Generalist position, preferably in the software/IT industry. - Proficiency in using KEKA HRMS and other HR software tools. - Strong soft skills including interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
