Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (Digital, ATL, BTL, TTL).
• Lead the end-to-end brand, communication, and campaign strategies to elevate market presence.
• Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.
• Supervise brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, offline campaigns, and vendor collaborations.
• Analyze customer behavior and define customer personas to improve targeting.
• Drive performance marketing via SEO, SEM, affiliate networks, paid ads, and remarketing.
• Manage web, CRM, and email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Business teams to align goals and maximize ROI.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adapt marketing strategies dynamically.
• Collaborate with digital agencies and third-party vendors to meet campaign goals.
• Plan and execute offline marketing events, webinars, and community-led programs.

Desired Profile

✅ Proven experience as Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies (e.g., BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, etc.)

✅ Hands-on experience running successful digital campaigns and performance marketing strategies.

✅ Deep understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, social platforms, SEO tools, CRM, and automation platforms.

✅ Strong experience with webinar marketing, affiliate marketing, and BTL activations.

✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.

✅ Experience working closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams.

✅ Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
