Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Digital Content:

  Lead the design and creation of engaging, on-brand graphics and videos for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). This includes static posts, stories, Reels, carousels, and profile branding.

• Advertising & Marketing:

  Develop impactful ad creatives for digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

• Packaging Design:

  Conceptualize and design attractive, functional, and eco-friendly packaging for our growing kits and individual products. This includes labels, box designs, and instructional inserts.

• Website & E-commerce:

  Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to design website banners, landing pages, and other visual assets that enhance the user experience on our e-commerce platform.

• Brand Consistency:

  Maintain and evolve Valar's visual brand guidelines, ensuring all design elements are consistent and reflect our brand ethos across all channels.

• Creative Strategy:

  Work closely with the founder to brainstorm and develop new creative concepts that align with marketing goals and product launches.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a minimum of 2+ years of professional work.
• Demonstrable experience specifically in designing for

  social media, digital advertising, and physical packaging

  .
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Canva).
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and a strong understanding of color theory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.

• An absolute love for gardening, plants, and sustainable living.

  This passion will be a key driver in creating authentic and compelling designs.
