Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer who will own SkinInspired’s visual language across digital, marketplace, packaging and performance marketing assets. This role demands a design-trained professional with strong FMCG and D2C exposure, capable of translating product science into conversion-driven creative systems.


Key Responsibilities

1.Brand & Campaign Design

  • Lead the visual execution of brand campaigns, product launches and digital IPs
  • Create high-impact creatives for Meta, Google, Amazon, Nykaa and D2C platforms
  • Translate dermat-led formulations into clean, premium, science-first design systems

2. Packaging & Marketplace

  • Design packaging artworks, labels, inserts and outer cartons
  • Build Amazon A+ content, PDP creatives and brand store visuals
  • Maintain compliance-ready packaging design aligned with FMCG standards

3. Performance Marketing

  • Design ad creatives optimised for ROAS and CTR
  • Develop scalable creative systems for continuous A/B testing
  • Partner with marketing teams to build conversion-first design frameworks

4. Brand Governance

  • Own and evolve brand visual guidelines
  • Ensure consistency across digital, packaging and offline assets
  • Mentor junior designers and creative interns


Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in FMCG / D2C brands
  • Proven exposure to beauty, skincare, personal care, or lifestyle categories preferred
  • Hands-on experience with packaging, marketplaces and performance creatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout systems and colour psychology
  • Ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics.
