Role Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support Holiday Tribe’s marketing initiatives across paid marketing and brand communication. This role focuses on creating visually strong, conversion-oriented creatives while also supporting brand storytelling across digital channels. You will work closely with marketing and performance stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative output at speed.
Key Responsibilities
● Design high-performing creatives for paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google
● Design emailers, WhatsApp banners, and CRM communication creatives
● Support the brand team with social media collaterals and campaign creatives
● Adapt creatives across formats while maintaining brand consistency
● Collaborate with performance marketers to optimise creatives using campaign insights
● Manage multiple design requests with fast turnaround timelines
Technical Skills
● Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
● Working knowledge of Figma
● Understanding of Meta & Google ad creative formats
● Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
