Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sr. Graphic Designer

to ensuring high-quality creative output for clients. You will be in social media content production, including photography and videography, while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards. Your role will involve hands-on design work, and improving team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative design projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative results.
Oversee social media content creation (photography, videography, etc.) for various platforms.
Hands-on expertise in AI skills such as image generation and AI video creation, with a strong focus on using AI tools under brand guidelines. Continuously updated with the latest AI innovations and able to quickly adapt to emerging technologies.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency.
Development of new skills.
Deliver projects on time and within client expectations.
Strong branding design skills are essential, including environment branding, stall design, hoardings, and print collaterals. Must be capable of conceptualizing ideas and translating them into effective design solutions.
Expertise in Print Media/social media content production and advanced design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)

Qualifications

minimum 4 years of creative design experience, preferably in an advertising agency.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
