SR. General Manager - Tender (Male/Female)

Candidate should be B-tech/B.E. Mechanical preferably with MBA.

Candidate should be B-tech Mechanical with MBA, having 20+ Years of experience in pre and post contract management.

2. Should have good knowledge of project management and contract management and thoroughly study the contract documents and be aware of all the contract clauses of the project.

Proven working experience in handling government contracts & project and well versed with tender methodology/bid preparation & bid submission for government projects.

4. Supervise the tenders and contract processes. Collate and ensure proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.

5. Co-ordinate the preparation and submission of request for RFQs and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.

6. Attend meetings with client decision makers and senior officers regarding project/tender or any other issues or requirement and resolve in efficient manner.

7. Able to work on multiple proposals, tenders, BQ's of various size and complexity along with the existing departmental team.

Post contract management and expertise in Contract conditions.

9. Attending contract review meetings, co-ordination/follow-up for bills, making contract reports etc.

10.Recovery of outstanding dues related to the supply of goods and the commissioning of goods/services also includes any amounts secured by Bank Guarantees.

11.Must have prior experience managing a tender team, independently handling the entire tender process, and demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.

12.Should be open to travel whenever required.

13.Should be able to complete the responsibility with promptness & efficiency.
