Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Innovate to solve the worlds most important challenges As a Plant Controller here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing plant within the Honeywell PMC business unit. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. You will report directly to our Finance Director within the PMC business unit and youll work out of our Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. We are willing to consider offering relocation assistance for qualified candidates. In this role, you will impact the success of our PMC business unit by ensuring the financial health and stability of the plant. Your expertise in financial management and analysis will be crucial in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant within the PMC business unit. Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and improve cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the PMC business unit to drive financial initiatives and process improvements. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Proven track record of driving financial performance and cost efficiency. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. WE VALUE Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification.
