As a Fashion Consultant/Senior Fashion Consultant at OGAAN, you play a crucial role in providing personalized style advice, expert fashion guidance, and exceptional customer service to our luxury brand's clientele. Your primary responsibilities include: - Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with high-end clients by understanding their fashion preferences and providing tailored advice based on designer collections. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the latest fashion trends, designers, and product details to offer precise recommendations to clients. - Collaborating with clients to curate unique outfits, suggest complementary accessories, and deliver personalized style guidance to meet individual requirements. - Exceeding sales targets while ensuring a delightful shopping experience for customers and addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. - Contributing to the aesthetic appeal of the store through meticulous visual merchandising and assisting in inventory management by monitoring levels and identifying restocking needs. - Maintaining and updating client profiles, sales records, and other pertinent data using Excel for efficient data management.
