As part of our growth strategy, MSE is looking to onboard a dynamic and experienced professional to strengthen our Institutional Sales team, focusing on Domestic Institutional Investors and Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs). ~~
  • Detailed Job description :

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must have proven expertise in:

  • - Process and approve User ID requests for members and vendors. ~~ - Manage Colocation requests, including allocation, work permits, and access provisioning. ~~ - Facilitate and approve Connectivity requests to ensure uninterrupted access for members. ~~ - Approve and manage access to Member & Vendor Frontends including CTCL, IBT, Mobile Trading, SOR, Algo, and DMA platforms. ~~ - Oversee CTCL test environment operations and coordinate testing for new releases. ~~ - Support workflow automation initiatives to streamline service requests and operational processes. ~~ - Maintain records of approvals, access, and allocations for compliance and audit purposes. ~~ - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for troubleshooting and issue resolution. ~~ - Monitor service-level adherence and escalate issues where necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations. ~~ - Assist in onboarding new members and vendors, ensuring all system accesses and permissions are correctly configured. ~~
  • Ideal Candidate:

  • - 3–5 years of experience in service operations or CTCL vendor organization within Capital Markets. ~~ - Hands-on experience with workflow automation and process optimization. ~~ - Familiarity with trading platforms, member connectivity, and system access management. ~~ - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. ~~
  • Compensation:

  • - Commensurate with experience and industry standards. ~~
