Sr. Executive/Analyst - Accounts & Finance

As a Sr. Executive/Analyst in Accounts & Finance at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited, your role involves carrying out and assisting in general accounting processes such as month-end closing, reporting, inter-company transactions, and variance analysis. You will also assist senior business partners in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing RTR (Record to Report) Activities - Handling Intercompany transactions and reconciliations - Supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts - Assisting in ad hoc analysis and reporting - Managing Fixed Asset activities such as creation, transfer, disposal, and reporting - Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations with business stakeholders - Generating various reports and conducting monthly analysis - Providing timely and accurate responses to queries To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - Complete knowledge of RTR sub processes - End user experience of SAP and TM1 (advantageous) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Extensive knowledge of SAP T-codes - Demonstrated flexibility in problem-solving approaches - Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships - Effective communication skills at all levels - Proactive mindset towards suggesting process improvements Additionally, you should embody the following qualities: - Demonstrable can-do attitude and a willingness to learn - Performance-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment - Strong team player with natural leadership skills - Ability to influence, cooperate, and motivate others - Enthusiastic about new initiatives and adept at multitasking - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Task-oriented both at team and individual levels - Collaborative, inclusive, and customer-oriented - Strong personal empowerment and effective communication skills You will work 8.5 hours per day with flexibility in working UK hours. The ideal candidate should hold a Finance Post Graduate or MBA and be semi-qualified. Previous experience in Finance and Accounts using SAP is preferred.
