CANDIDATES REQUIRED FROM (Health, Life, and General) INSURANCE ONLY

Job Overview:

We are looking for individuals who are proactive, result-driven, and have strong experience in selling insurance products. You will be instrumental in converting leads into successful sales and driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close insurance sales (Health, Life, and General) with existing leads via telecalling and in-person meetings.
  • Engage with families within the Apollo Healthcare ecosystem to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, provide product details, and ensure the client is fully informed before finalizing the sale.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by offering continuous support and addressing any service-related issues.
  • Provide a high level of service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers, providing regular updates on progress and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure that targets are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years working with an insurance company or digital insurance aggregators.
  • Strong understanding of health, life, and general insurance products.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with telecalling and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • IRDAI certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
