Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
Create effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
Drive offer negotiations and ensure timely closure of positions.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and applicant data in ATS.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives if required.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and relevant employment laws.

Prerequisites

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (corporate or agency).
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using ATS, Excel, and HR dashboards.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in hiring for diverse roles across functions (Sales, Tech, Support, etc.) is a plus.
