Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
>Handle bulk recruitment across various functions and levels in the organization.>Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing >needs and create effective recruiting strategies.>Source, screen, and short-list candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).>Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage candidate communication and provide a great candidate experience from application to offer.>Ensure timely and efficient filling of vacancies by maintaining strong pipeline management.>Manage offer negotiation and on-boarding process for new hires.>Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.>Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and improve recruitment strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:>1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on bulk hiring.>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Workday and other recruitment tools.>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.>Ability to handle multiple roles and manage recruitment processes simultaneously.>Strong organizational and time-management skills.>High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain candidate confidentiality.>Experience in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.>Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Desired Skills:>Experience in high-volume recruitment in BPO>Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures.>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.>Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Why Join Us?>Be a part of a dynamic, fast-growing company.>Collaborative work environment with opportunities to grow your career.>Competitive salary and benefits package.
