Job Description

Principal responsibilities / accountabilities:

  • Knowledge of Customers Handling like TATA, Mahindra, Renault Etc.
  • Experience with Customer Interaction for Schedules, Deliveries, ASN, Delivery Ratings.
  • Knowledge & understanding of Customer Portal of TATA, Mahindra, Renault Etc.
  • Good Command on production process and follow up for timely parts receipt in store and dispatches as per customer schedules.
  • Knowledge of Schedules Updating in ERP through customer WEB EDI and commitments to customer as per forecast.
  • Pro-active approach for any schedule fluctuations from customer and inform CFT in advance for any impact of RM & BOP Procurement & Air Freight demanding from customer.
  • Schedule adherence & timely dispatches to customer.
  • Advance proposal requisition for dispatches and knowledge of Invoicing as per Government rules.
  • Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirement like ASN, E way Bill, Delivery note, Returnable Bins Process Etc.
  • Interaction with Cross Functional team for Capacity, EOP, Obsolescence Claim Etc.
  • Ensuring the Consignments of product to the customer according to its standards & Requirements, completing all the administrative aspects it involves.
  • Performing & tracking of the products in progress in order to ensure to reached consignment up to customer end.
  • Once in a month Facing 5S Audit and Closing Open Points as per the 5S/safety communication
  • Maintaining a suitable dialogue with clients about the orders, informing them on the delivery, arrival date, quantity, agreeing upon the delivery deadlines.
  • Analyzing the stocks of clients allowing the dispatches to be suitably organized.
  • Receiving Customer schedule & Updated in IZARO (System).
  • Complying with the policy of the management systems, whether in terms of quality, environmental aspects or in that referred to the considerations provided by the relevant legislation on prevention, occupational health and safety.
  • Accessing Web Portal of the customer, Handling all CHA, freight activity.
  • Creation of Proposal & Dispatches.
  • Individual customer handling with Responsibility should be taking care.

Skills:

  • Fluent in Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge about Stock Management.
  • Proficient in system (Ms- Excel).
  • Candidate should have energetic.
  • Effective dealing with the customers.
  • Experience in SCM & Logistics Min 08 Years.
  • Proficient in Customer related system & Good interaction skills with Customer.
  • Any Graduate/ Diploma / M.B.A
