Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Student Engagement & Participation

Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new students.
Promote student participation in extracurricular, cultural, wellness, and community-building events.
Encourage involvement in clubs, societies, and campus initiatives.

Activity Coordination

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing student events and programs collaboratively.
Maintain and communicate an updated calendar of student activities.
Support logistics and documentation for student-led events.

Student Support & Communication

Serve as a communication bridge between the Student Affairs Office and students.
Provide guidance on department services, events, and opportunities.
Collect and analyze student feedback to enhance programs and services.

Administration & Reporting

Maintain records of student participation and prepare brief reports on activities and feedback.

Collaboration & Outreach

Coordinate with faculty advisors, student leaders, and external partners for joint initiatives.
Participate in university committees, campaigns, and outreach activities as needed.
