Job Description

Responsible for analyzing call performance / communication experience of tele sales associates by monitoring their calls and dialing activities
Conduct Voice & Accent training for onboard candidates which includes accent neutralization, correct grammar & pronunciation, listening & soft skills and phone etiquettes.
Effective Call analysis and Agent monitoring.
Increasing agent's efficiency on calls through call behavior modification, communication and demeanor resulting in enhanced call performance.
Training and evaluating candidates on voice, soft skills & sales related techniques for at par performance on calls.
Auditing random calls of associates to analyze overall call performance and communication experience.
Find the area of improvements that can help team members better their call demeanor and communication performance.
Training candidates on voice and soft skills via video conference
Prepare and deliver reports to the Reporting authorities in preset frequency. (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
Daily reports detailing call monitoring activity and observations, weekly reports relaying scorecard and monthly report summarizing agent's overall monthly performance
Relay test scores and feedback on candidate's overall communication & aptitude performance to the reporting authorities before handing over for process training.
